If I start my booking and can’t complete it in one sitting, can I pick up where I left off or do I need to start again? 
If you leave before the payment has been made, then unfortunately you will need to start over again.


How do I make a group booking?
When you get to the confirmation page and before you pay, you will see a button 'Add Participant'.

Click the button and start the process again for each additional guest, once you have added everyone in your group, click ‘pay now’ and pay for all your guests in one go.
 

If I make a group booking, do I need to provide a different email address for each participant?
Yes, each participant requires a unique email address.

 

How do I modify my booking?
To modify your booking, you can either follow the link in your confirmation email or you can return to the registration page, click dropdown button next to the top right register button and select modify registration. You will then be prompted to enter your email - once submitted, you will be sent an email with a modification link you can use to securely return to the registration page and modify your booking. To modify, simply follow the same steps as the initial registration, making amends where needed and check out as before.

What happens if I make a booking but don’t make the payment?
After 72 hours your booking will be cancelled from the system and if you wish to book you will need to start again.  Payment must be made at time of booking for your booking to be confirmed.
